It is a customizing information system that allows for each report concept to enter the accounting accounts corresponding to the concept, the company, the fiscal year, the execution period and the corresponding withholding indicators (account) for the selection of tax information.

Extraction

It is carried out by formats-concepts (assets, purchases, fees, services, income, accounts x receivable, accounts x payable, VAT, Withholdings, ICA); all fully parameterizable by the end user.

INterface

It has functionality for receiving data from other information systems external to SAP R/3 in Excel-type format, delimited by tabs or text files.

Account Assistant

The extraction of information in PENTA behaves like a third-party account auxiliary.

Imports purchases

The system engine is capable of identifying the true third party to whom the import payment and additional indirect costs were made.

XML

Automatically generates the XML file of each format. It has an independent module for calculating minor amounts. Generates information from all formats regardless of whether or not it was extracted from SAP. Allows loading and generating the 1647 format.

Drill down

All generated reports that are launched in online processes or in batch processes allow drilling down even to the corresponding accounting document.

Settings

Allows you to adjust the information so that it is reported in the corresponding concept or to the true third party of the purchase.
